In addition to applying one or the other stuff, you need to provide nourishment from inside to the hair. This is possible by eating right foods in right amounts. Follow a balanced diet. It will provide you with all the nutrients required by your body, and thus bring the level of ones you are deficient in to a normal limit. The entire process may take several months to years. But the result will be worth your effort and patience. The presence of all the nutrients in required amounts will strengthen the hair roots, and hence will treat the problem of hair fall.
